Apex MindGraph ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to absolute privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our commitment to keeping your data private. We do not sell your data, we do not use your conversations to train AI, and your neural graph is yours alone.

We collect only what is necessary to run the application securely:

• Personal Data: Email and name for account synchronization and security via Firebase.
• Subscription Data: Managed via Stripe. We do not store credit card info on our servers.
• Usage Data: Basic logs (IP, browser type) used strictly for security and anti-fraud monitoring.
• Content Data: Your conversations and neural graph structure. This data is private to you. We do not read your conversations, and we do not use this data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to power your personal experience:

• To synchronize your personal graph across your devices.
• To process your secure payments via Stripe.
• To facilitate your private conversations with the local AI interface.
• Zero Training Policy: We do NOT use your private data to train AI models or improve global algorithms. Your "Neural Memory" is isolated and private.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or training purposes. Data is only transmitted to:

• Google Gemini API: As the engine for your AI coaches. Under our API terms, your data is processed for your session only and not used for Google's model training.
• Firebase / Stripe: For secure storage and payment processing infrastructure.

4. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account entirely through the application settings.
